The way we work:
The beginning of the assignment
We ask questions to better understand the key skills and requirements for a successful candidate, often going beyond the initial job description. We generally do a mix of online search, networking and identification of candidates from companies in specific fields and industries we try to establish a well-defined area: a pool of ideal candidates, the industry they work for, the experience they have and the way to find and contact them.
Thorough
We screen en select candidates after having different sort of contacts with them: by phone, by e-mail, skype, in person... For most of our searches we ensure candidates are evaluated through different cultural lenses We manage the difficult process of screening & selecting: it is like balancing on a chord: balancing evoluating expectations and desires of client & candidates. We personally check candidates references and can take care of background checks for our clients
