Corporate History
Founded in 1994, Ethiconomy started as an ethical consulting firm.
Ethiconomy was selected in 1994 for the award of the Young Entrepreneur.
First, we realized projects in companies in collaboration with a number of important NGOs including Caritas, Artsen zonder Grenzen and Caritas Internationaal Hulpbetoon.
In 2000 we enlarged the service offerings with integrity courses and trainings.
(Vlaamse en Federale Overheid) Since 2004 we launched ourselves in the HR consulting and recruiting business with our same initial credo.
The credo of Ethiconomy includes: "To contribute to the creation of an ethical awakening that improves the quality and soundness of the business and personal life."
We want to do this by placing the right people in the right company at the right moment. The ideal match.
Ethiconomy is a member of EBEN (European Business Ethics Network).
We follow the evolution of business ethics at the international level.
Ethiconomy is also a member of the "spirit at work" movement.
And member of the Kauri network, a network on Corporate Social Responsability and sustainable development.
